Morning Miles with Alfred

NOTE: Change in pace for today (12-14mph).

Join me for an early morning miles with just one long climb.

For this ride, we will start at the parking lot in front of Seattle Public Theatre on the Northwest side of Greenlake. From there, we will circle Green Lake on our way to Ravenna and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We will take a short break at the Montlake Bridge before heading back through campus (due to BGT detour) making our way to Fremont Ave via Gasworks Park. Here's the one and only serious climb all the way back to Woodland Park Zoo. Please show up at least 5 minutes prior to departure for safety briefing. We intend to leave by 6am.

For safety reasons, I would recommend at least a rear light. The restrooms by the theatre are not opened until later. The closest bathroom is by the wading pool at the north end of the lake
