Morning Wedgwood Hill Repeats (Wednesday)

NOTE: Early morning start.

16 miles, 1800+ feet of climbing.

In between we will take a brisk pace (16-18mph) on any flats we actually run into.

Ride starts at Green Lake Theatre Parking lot. The closest bathroom is at the north side of the lake (by the kiddie wading pool).

We will head towards Burke-Gilman Trail via 68th. After warming up on the rollers, we will climb just about every incline from there to Iverness and back.

NOTE: On the Burke-Gilman Trail, we will adhere to the speed limit of 15mph.
