JOG around Lake Sammamish: single-speed sampler!

Details
JOG = "Just One Gear", where you can try riding "single speed" in a group (single speed bike NOT required!)
We'll meet at Red Hook Brewery, get our bikes set in about the same gear ("set 'em and forget 'em"), head to Marymoor, and do a counter-clockwise loop around Lake Sammamish (with a break at Tully's at the south end of the lake).
This ride is for people who have never done a one gear ride, as well as veteran single speed riders. The route is pretty flat by Cascade group ride standards, but has enough incline to give a taste of climbing in single speed mode; about 900' of climbing over the 34 mile course.
We'll go for a brisk pace (16-18 mph on the flats, a bit slower on Sammamish River Trail) but unlike a regular group ride on this route, we won't go much faster on gradual declines, and we'll just coast on the longer/steeper downhill runs. Uphill at your own pace, with regroups.
Please print and carry a cue sheet if you aren't familiar with the route. You'll need the equipment and experience to repair your own flat tire if necessary. Most important: plan to have some fun getting back to the basics with a single speed ride!
