Sumner Auburn Kent Meander (Moderate 14-16)

Details
On Sunday, October 19th join me for a fun ride. We'll start from the Sumner Fred Meyer parking lot. Please meet on the garden side of the parking lot.
This ride is flat with a few short steep little climbs. We will ride through Sumner, Auburn, and Kent. In Kent we will follow the Green River for about 8 miles before we cut across to the Interurban Trail (4 miles on the trail) which will take us to Kent Station and our break at Panera Bread. We’ll finish the ride by retracing our route back to Sumner.
Please arrive early enough so you have ample time to get your bike ready, hear the SMART briefing, and sign the ride waiver.
Bathrooms at start, at Isaac Evans Park, and on Green River Trail near south 200th.
Long fenders are absolutely required if there is a chance of rain or the roads are wet.
Distance: 45 miles
Pace: Moderate, which is 14-16 on the flats (slower with a headwind, faster with a tailwind).
Terrain: Flat with some short steep little climbs
Regroup: Occasional. We will climb hills at our own pace and regroup at the top.
Weather: Steady rain cancels
