Come on out and support Barb as she does her second mentored ride on the way to becoming an official ride leader.
We will ride from the Kent James St Park & Ride (South End of Lot). Riding out along the Green River, we will make our way to Flaming Geyser park and then up the only major climb of the day toward Black Diamond. The stop at the bakery will be your reward for making the climb out. We will come back via the Auburn - Black Diamond Rd and Lake Holm road dropping back into Auburn and Kent.
Regroup: Top of hills as needed.
No Restroom at the start.
Please print your own cue sheet if desired. Arrive early enough to prepare your bike and listen to the SMART talk prior to the 9:00 departure. Please bring all the essential items - proper gear, tubes, tire pump/cartridge etc.
In the event of wet weather - Fenders will be appreciated by the rider behind you.
Steady Rain cancels - Ride Leader will cancel 2 hours prior to start if weather dictates.
Pace: 14 - 16 mph on the flats.
