Details
Nurse your Halloween hangover with a savory scone and coffee!
Join us for either a moderate-paced (14-16 mph) or brisk-paced (16-18 mph, and slower on trail section) ride through central Seattle to the delicious Columbia City Bakery (http://columbiacitybakery.com/). Starting from the Lower Woodland Ballfields parking lot, we will skirt around Queen Anne towards Myrtle Edwards Park. After reaching Pioneer Square, we will begin climbing Jackson St and 12th Ave towards Beacon Hill, and making our descent to Columbia City.
Just after mile 18, we stop at Columbia City Bakery (http://columbiacitybakery.com/) for pastries and coffee. Afterwards, we will ride through the neighborhoods of Mt. Baker, Leschi, and Madrona to the arboretum and Interlaken Park. Finally, we make our climb back to the start.
This will be a social, stay-together ride with waits at the top of hills and all critical turns along with photo-op stops along the way.
