Enumclaw Tour (Moderate 14-16)

Please join me this Saturday for a scenic country ride through Enumclaw. We will start from the parking lot of QFC. Please park behind the QFC building on the corner of Railroad St. and Stevenson Ave.

We will not have a mid-break coffee stop. This ride will be 28 miles long with our coffee stop at the very end, just 2 blocks from our start/finish at Enumclaw’s Starbucks. Come out and ride on some of the most beautiful quiet country roads in south king county. Please arrive early enough so you have ample time to get your bike ready, hear the SMART briefing, and sign the ride waiver. Long fenders are absolutely required if there is a chance of rain or the roads are wet.

Distance: 28 miles

Pace: Moderate – 14 – 16 mph on the flats (slower with a headwind, faster with a tailwind).

Terrain: Some hills with a few short steep ones

Regroup: Occasional. We will climb hills at our own pace and regroup at the top.

Weather: No rain cancellation ... We ride!
