Saturday Morning Rides in Snohomish County (Steady/Moderate)

Details
Saturday Morning Rides in Snohomish County: Come and check out the beauty of Snohomish County; we will cover pretty much every corner! Routes start at 30 miles in December and increase to just over 60 miles by the end of March. The elevation averages 50ft/mile.
Route: The route heads north with a few miles on the Centennial Trail, go counter clock wise around Lake Stevens and then dive into rural Sno-County, catch a beautiful view of the valley and then suddenly you are back in Snohomish! Route and cuesheet: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/5926441 (route is re-routed after the wind storm)
Stats: 34.4 miles, 2101ft elevation, hilly, but most are short (except one). Short cut at MP 25 to Tree Lake Rd also cuts elevation: 31.9 miles, 1776ft elevation
Stops: MP 11.6 Lake Mall Shopping Center
Ride leaders: Steady: Andy Williams and Keith Miller. Moderate: Larry DeBardi and Dorothé Reijnders
Expectations (important, please read!): Arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ride to sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. riding is the standard and all riders are held accountable for doing their best to adhere to these; we want to be awesome representatives of the bike community in Snohomish County and be safe! Front and rear lights are highly recommended! Riders should be able to maintain the posted pace. We regroup occasionally. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical. Please print a cue sheet in case you get separated from the group and bring a charged cellphone if possible. All riders are responsible to promote a great experience by having a positive attitude, having fenders when the roads are wet or rain is in the forecast, enjoying the beauty we are surrounded by and just by having fun! Steady rain/snow cancels the ride. If the ride is canceled, it will be posted by 7:00 am in the comment section. In that case the ride leader(s) will not be at the start.
