Marymoor Ames Lake Duvall Cycling

Start at the East Lake Sammamish Trail head parking lot at NE 70th Street, Redmond, WA located behind (west side) of Whole Foods. The route includes the Sammamish plateau, a tour around Ames Lake, Carnation, Duvall, Woodinville, Novelty Hill areas. Approximately 54 miles with 3,100 ft. of elevation gain. The pace will be 18 to 22 mph depending upon the group and weather conditions. If it is raining steady at the start, I will cancel the ride, otherwise, we ride. Fenders might be a good addition for the ride. One stop at Starbucks at Trillogy at Novelty Hill Road.
