Green River-Interurban-Auburn Ride

Join me on a weekday late afternoon ride. Three quarters of the ride will be on the trails except for a 7.5 mile stretch along the Green Valley Road and through Auburn. This ride will be at a moderate pace, 14-16 mph on the flats.

We’ll meet in the parking lot of Hogan Park, formally known as the Russell Road Park, off Russell Road in Kent, which is across the street from the Riverbend Golf complex. There are bathrooms at the start. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ride start to hear the safety briefing. We roll promptly at 5:00.

Please bring water, a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. This ride is the perfect after work/late afternoon/early evening ride and one of my favorite weekday summer evening rides. When the weekday evening traffic is crazy it's nice to be on scenic, low traffic trails and back roads just spinning on your favorite bike with others who share the same kind of ride.

I will not be at the ride start should inclement weather meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start and on Meetup.
