Kent Green Valley Loop

Join me this Wednesday on a late afternoon ride. This will be at a moderate pace, which is 14-16 mph on the flats.

We’ll meet in the parking lot of Hogan Park, formally known as the Russell Road Park, off Russell Road in Kent, which is across the street from the Riverbend Golf complex. There are bathrooms at the start. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ride start to hear the safety briefing. We roll promptly at 5:30.

I ride hard and long on the weekend, for me this ride is a perfect mid-week ride. Just a nice, mostly flat, friendly ride. When the weekday evening traffic is crazy it's nice to be on scenic, low traffic trails and back roads just spinning on your favorite bike with others.

Please bring water, a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat.

I will not be at the ride start should inclement weather meet the definition for cancellation (steady rain). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start and on Meetup.
