Double NERD (Moderate - 50mi, 2650ft)

Come join us for a hilly adventure around Mill Creek, Everett and Edmonds. We'll ride at a high moderate pace, starting at Lynnwood Transit Center, in the SE corner by the Interurban trail.

The route is a combination of two routes from the NERD series, making it a Double NERD ride. NERD (Northside Evening Rides before Dark) is a midweek series that runs during the warmer months when we have more daylight available in the evening. This combination allows for greater distance on the weekend with a lot of climbing. This weeks route adds additional roads to take us futher out.

• Riders must arrived 15 minutes before the start time, to listen to the safety briefing and sign the waiver. Riders who miss the safety briefing will not be able to ride with us.

• All riders should carry tools, spare tubes, and have the ability to change a flat. Please dress for the weather, and include fenders on your bike.

• REST STOP at mile 24.4 at Starbucks. We pass through a few parks if water/restrooms are needed, but other than Starbucks, you'll need to bring whatever you plan to consume.

NOTE: In addition to showers, rain, ice/snow and any other hazardous conditions will cancel a ride. If a ride is cancelled due to hazardous conditions, it will be posted here in the comment section by 7:00 a.m. and ride leaders will not be waiting at the start.
