Ride Description:

EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :)

This week, we have 2 paces (Brisk and Vigorous) ride set up as a training ride to get back in shape or get stronger. Starting at the East Lake Samm Trail behind Whole Foods in Redmond, we ride through Bellevue, Issaquah out to the Falls and back through Sammamish.

The vigorous route will be a bit longer and have a bit more elevation.

If the roads are wet, please be courteous to other riders and bring fenders with buddy flaps.
