Vigorous (18-20), led by Francis Gan
Stenuous (20-22), led by Joe Suillivan
Regroup:
At the top of all hills, and at major turns. An effort will be made to accomodate people with a range of abilities, but riders who are significantly off the group pace should come prepared to finish the ride on their own.

Ride Description:
EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :)
This week, we have 2 paces (Vigorous and Stenuous) ride set up as a training ride to get back in shape or get stronger. We are increasing the pace for this week because the route has some long flat stretches where it is easy to maintain a faster speed.
Starting at the East Lake Samm Trail behind Whole Foods in Redmond, we ride through Woodinville, up to Everett, through Snohomish and Monroe, then back to Redmond.
We will have one stop at the Snohomish Bakery where you may indulge in pastries if you wish.
