Debbie Muir Memorial Ride - Steady/Moderate

This is a Memorial Ride to honor Debra Hartman Nisbet Muir. We will be riding one of Debbie's favorite routes, the Lake Sammamish Loop. All are welcome. Afterwards, those who wish to join in, will gather at Red Hook Brewery to share stories and further celebrate Debbie's life.

For those who didn't have the privilege to Debbie, she was a dear friend and fellow ride leader who recently lost her 2nd battle to cancer. She was an encourager of new riders and helped many to find the joy of riding.

Pre-registering online: If you have a Cascade account, you can pre-register for this ride online at https://www.cascade.org/node/24962 and entering your information. Pre-registering saves time at the beginning the ride and provides legible emergency contact information. If you cannot make the ride, you do not need to un-register.

In addition to steady rain, ice/snow and any other hazardous conditions will cancel a ride. If a ride is cancelled due to hazardous conditions, it will be posted here in the comment section by 9:00 a.m. and ride leaders will not be waiting at the start.

Notes: There is a bathroom, but no water, at the start. Planned rest stop will be at the Tully's at the south end of Lake Sammamish. All riders should come equipped to deal with their own mechanicals and bring food/water. Waiting for mechanicals will be at the discretion of the ride leader. Please come early enough to get yourself ready and sign a waiver. 11am is a roll-out time!
