Elevation: 4300ft
Pace:
High Vigorous (~20) with faster climbs, led by Joe Sullivan
Low Vigorous (~19) with slower climbs, led by Francis Gan
Regroup:
At the top of all hills, and at major turns. An effort will be made to accommodate people with a range of abilities, but riders who are significantly off the group pace should come prepared to finish the ride on their own.

Ride Description:
EAstside Ride The Hill DREAM rides are focused on developing stronger riders by training on hills or using intervals (or both :). This week we increase the distance and elevation to help everyone get back in shape or get stronger.
Starting at the South Kirkland Park & Ride, we will ride through Bellevue -> May Valley -> Issaquah -> Carnation -> Duvall -> Cottage Lake -> Redmond -> Kirkland.
We will have two stops on this ride: one at the Safeway at the Issaquah Highlands and one at the Safeway in Duvall.
