Auburn to the Flaming Geyser (26 miles, 445', Steady pace 12-14)

Let us take a stroll from Auburn to the Flaming Geyser and back. The scenery along Green River road is beautiful, the air is chilled and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. We will make a coffee stop at the Sun Break Cafe' on the way back where we can browse through the gift shop, nibble on a pastry, sip coffee and just relax.

We will meet at the Auburn Regal Cinema north end parking lot next to Walmart in the Outlet Mall. Bathrooms are available inside Walmart.

Arrive 20 minutes early so you have time to ready your bike, sign the ride waiver, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.

If the ride is canceled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 9:00am and ride leader will not be waiting at the start.

Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. Generally, the group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a CUE sheet.
