Daylight at the Cleveland Museum of Art

From: Jims

Hi everyone,

Some of you will be enjoying Saturday's movie: Temptation - Dr. Antonio at the Cinematheque.

Other movies coming up:

LittleRock.  This small indy film was produced by Cleveland native Fredireck Thorton.  He will be joining the group afterward at Ll'albatross.  There is a group limit so be sure that your RSVP is up to date.  The film is at the Art museum at 7PM (meet us in the cafe around 6 if you like).

The film, which one an Indy award (newcomer to watch), is about two tourists, a Japanese brother and sister, whose rental car breaks down in a desolate California desert town.  I hope you can make it.

The group will then descend on the Art museum the following Sunday, Dec. 18 to see another promise independent film.  "Daylight" is about a couple who are kidnapped when picking up a hitchhiker.  The reviews have been very good and you will probably never see it anywhere else again.  We will finish it up with a light meal at Indian Flame, just down the street from the Cinematheque.  The film starts at 3:30PM.

Holiday Week

Speaking of the Art museum, they are showing a number of Chinese films  the last week of December. You can't miss with any of these films.  I especially enjoyed King of Masks, showing Monday afternoon.

This is the time of the year that Hollywood starts showing off their movies.  If you have an idea for a film, let me know.  There are so many good movies coming out, we can't even schedule them all.

See you at the next set of movies.
