The Annual BOGA Spring Gaming Retreat!

The greatest gaming event of the year! Three days of gaming and fun at Camp Carl in Ravenna, OH.

UPDATE [3/13/12]: Day Passes are now available. All of the overnight accommodations are full at this time. Prices for Day Passes are as follows:

Friday Only: $10

Saturday Only: $30

Sunday Only: $15

All Three Days: $50

You will have access to everything going on while you are at the camp, including the drink station and all of the meals served. To purchase a Day Pass you must contact me so I know how and when you'll be making your payment. Do not RSVP until you've contacted me. Thanks!

All payments MUST be made by 4/13/12. No passes will be sold after 4/13/12. There are no passes sold at the door. All passes must be purchased by 4/13/12. $$$=4/13/12!!

This is no ordinary Meetup as it spans three days and two nights. Unlike most of our Meetups, this one has a cost associated with it. Overnight lodging and all of your meals are provided by the camp.

Because your space needs to be reserved, BEFORE you RSVP you need to sign up with me. This can be done either in person at another Meetup or by emailing me (go to my profile and click "Send email").

There are a variety of rooms/cabins still available. I will go over options with you when you contact me. Average cost per person, including meals and lodging, for the ENTIRE WEEKEND, is $55-$75 depending on your room selection.

If you do not wish to spend the night you may be able to get a day pass. Day passes (no lodging included) will ONLY be available when all of the rooms are filled. The cost for day passes will be $15 per person for Friday or Sunday and $30 per person for Saturday.

So, what is there to do at the retreat??

Play games in the spacious gaming hall! It's open non-stop from 2:00pm Friday until 2:00pm Sunday


Eat! All your meals are provided and there's a drink station (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) available the entire time!

In 2010 we had 40 attendees. In 2011 we nearly doubled to 70. This year we can go as high as 100! So spread the word, contact me to set up your reservation, and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
