We are excited to inform you about this thrilling new global adventure we are planning for you. I know many of you have been ready for this for a long time so let's make our dreams a reality and go trekking in Nepal this Fall(Chuseok holidays)!
We have partnered with an experienced travel agency and have been given two destinations to choose from: ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) Trek and Mardi Himal Trek. Where to meet: Kathmandu in Nepal
[Annapurna Base Camp Trek]
Sept 14/Day 1: Starting with the meet up in Kathmand(1,400m) and everything will be professionally arranged. gear, TIMS permit will be delivered and we introduce guides.
Sept 15/Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (900m , 6-7hrs)
Sept 16/Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Jhinu Danda (1,780m) and trek to Chhomrong (2,170m ,5-6 hrs)
Sept 17/Day 4: Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2,500m , 5-6 hrs)
Sept 18/Day 5: Trek from Dovan to Deurali (3,200m, 4-5 hrs)
Sept 19/Day 6: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m, 5-6 hrs)
Sept 20/Day 7: Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Lower Sinuwa (2,340m, 7-8 hrs)
Sept 21/Day 8: Drive from Jhinu Danda (with hot spring and lunch) to Pokhara
Sept 22/Day 9: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
[Mardi Himal Trek]

Sept 15/Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (900m , 6-7hrs)
Sept 16/Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Kade and trek to Pittam Deurali (2,140m, 5hrs)
Sept 17/Day 4: Trek from Pittam Deurali to Forest Camp (2,550m, 5hrs)
Sept 18/Day 5: Trek from Forest Camp to High Camp (3,540m, 5-6hrs)
Sept 19/Day 6: High Camp - Mardi himal base camp(4,500m) - Badal Danda (3,300m, 6-7hrs)
Sept 20/Day 7: Trek from Badal Danda to Siding(1,280m), drive back to Pokhara
Sept 21/Day 8: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu or sightseeing tours in Pokhara such as Paragliding, Mountain Museum and boating
Fee:
Annapurna = 720$
Mardi Himal = 630$
Note : The cost depends on group size. If 1-3 persons, cost is 100$ per person per day.

- Airport pick up and drop off by private vehicle
- Lunch, dinner and breakfast during the trekking days including one hot drink(You will have an open menu of non-veg, veg, and vegan options available for you. You can also remove an ingredient or add some more to the food according to your food habit and restrictions.)
- We provide good quality sleeping bags and down jackets during trek
- English speaking guide with long time experienced and government- licensed and first-aid trained and Porters during the trek for carrying luggage (1 porter for every 2 clients)
- We provide the best tea houses or trekking lodges for sleeping overnight during the trek in the mountains (If guesthouse have single room, you can get. otherwise the owner try to cater unlimited people in peak seasons. so you may have to share room with other trekkers)
- Medical kits, including Diamox, for AMS prevention and an oximeter to monitor your oxygen and pulse.
- Trail route map and full version of Itinerary
- All needed permit and all government, Local taxes and transport during trek
- We do indoor wall climbing one day with instructor in Kathmandu. It’s a fun activity for sports lovers.

- International and domestic flight fare and Nepal entry visa
- Hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara (You can also book hotel accommodation in Kathmandu/Pokhara through the travel agency.)
- Tips for guide and porter
- Personal expenses such as hot shower, battery charge and alcohol etc.
- Travel insurance along with high-altitude emergency evacuation coverage

Obtaining the Nepal Entry visa can differ per country so you will need to find out the requirements from your embassy
A Few Notes:
- While Trekking In Nepal, Altitude Sickness Can Occur: We will walk at a slow and steady pace to acclimate to the altitude (finishing the trek is the goal not speed). If you experience headaches, vomiting, tiredness, trouble sleeping, and/or dizziness please inform your guide so they can check on your health.
- Vaccinations: Please double check with your embassy and doctor.
LIABILITY: While CIK is very considerate of the needs of its members, we cannot be hold responsible for a hikers possessions, health, and/or safety.
