Odaesan National Park: Sogeumgang Valley Trekking!: NO SEATS LEFT

On Saturday, August 17th we will hike Odaesan, designated as the 11th national park in Korea in 1975 and explore a beautiful mountain. Sogeumgang trail we'll take will start at Jingogae(1000m) and lead us up to Noinbong Peak (1338m), then we will hike down along an amazing valley with some waterfalls. It will take about 6 hours to hike down including resting, taking pics, and playing in the water. It is possible to stay dry during the hike, but it`s much more fun if you get wet swimming under the waterfalls and playing in the water! This will be a fun and easy trip. Beginners are welcome. It will be fantastic day


Fee - 22,000won (Round trip transportation ): 44 Spots on the trip are first come, first served based on whoever pays first).

Destination: Odaesan National Park in Gangwondo

Where to meet - 07:15am Sport complex Stn. Line 2 (#218), exit 1 outside

Date - August 17th, Saturday

What to bring- a packed lunch, lots of snack and water, some cash for dinner, suitable clothing and shoes for hiking and valley trekking, extra clothing and etc

7:20 Depart from Sport complex stn(line 2/#218), exit 1 outside

11:00 Arrive at the trail head(Jingogae)

18:00 Finish the trek

18:30 Depart for Seoul and Eat dinner on the way, usually about 10,000 won per person, so please bring some extra money.

21:30 Arrive at Sport complex stn.(depending on traffic)

Note: Hiking schedule and time might change according to weather, traffic, and etc. Please be flexible; we are all here to have a good time

6 days before departure = 100% refund of deposit(August 11th or earlier)

48 hours to 5 days before departure = 50% (August 12th-August 14th)

48 hours before departure to departure = 0% (August 15th or later)
