Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust hackathon

Details

Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust (http://rapecrisis.org.za/) (@rapecrisis (https://twitter.com/rapecrisis)) is a Cape Town NGO that supports and empowers rape survivors within the Criminal Justice System and in communities. For this hackathon we're going to work with RCCTT to see how we can help improve their web site.

The site runs on WordPress (http://wordpress.org/), so some experience with WordPress Themes (specifically) or PHP (in general) will be useful, but is not required.

We'll be working on a shared GitHub repository, so you'll need to be familiar with Git and GitHub.

One of the things we'll be looking at is turning the site towards a more Mobile First approach, so bring your responsive skills to the table too.

A note on Parking...
'Park on Long' is directly opposite the 22seven entrance. Pull into the parking lot and say you're going to 22seven. Then park in any demarcated 22seven bay on any level.

If you get lost, phone Shaun on 083 510 5610.
