We will have regular, eclectic and exciting events in London and the south east. We are passionate about getting out of the head in a natural way using the body and breath. We are interested in meditation, sacred sexuality, tantra, bodywork, psychology, ecstatic dance and movement. The objective is to have an event page with classes and workshops that are varied, fun, life enhancing, playful, heart opening and sometimes sexy too! <br>

Tribalheart Ecstatic dance creates space for free-form movement in a chat free zone where you can dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, dancing in and out, up and down, learning to let go of anything and everything that holds you back from yourSelf and inner freedom. Let the energy move you, let the spirit of the heart guide you. There is space to dance alone and no pressure to connect with anyone else, just be yourself and honour what you need in the moment.
This night is an inspiration and fusion of club culture, dancing yoga, active meditation, cardio fitness, Ecstatic trance dance (blindfolds available) and a sacred Nataraj. If you choose to connect, it is a chance to meet others without words from a place of movement, meditation, energy and soul; eyes and heart wide open.
The evening
We will start the evening with a welcoming warmup to relax the body and mind. Together we will set an intention for the evening inviting the heart to open and awaken within us thus creating sacred space for all. For those that wish to partake, we will enjoy and deepen our intention with a short Cacao ceremony. (The cacao is used to take us deeper into our body, awakening our senses, connecting us to heart energy and aiding a spring in our step) We also embark on some dynamic breathwork to fire us up for the evening.
- Please leave at least 2 hours after eating a heavy meal if drinking cacao.
-Please do not drink alcohol before the event as it is contraindicated with some of the breathwork techniques we practice
We inject passion into sourcing the music for our events and aim to deliver an eclectic mix of genres for your heart. From tribal to electronic and everything in between we aim to assist a natural flow peaking and resting to mirror the rhythm and energy of life. Prepare to shake, spin, whirl and twirl. The music becomes the facilitator during the wild ecstatic dance ending with moments of stillness into silence where we can rest and breathe together.

*After many discussions and requests we now welcome kids when we are at the *Somers Town Community Sports centre only(AKA The Big One!). It is NOT a child focused event at all, but there is enough space to include them in the dance if you are a solo parent and need to get out for a boogie!. Must be with a responsible adult that will ensure the kid is not unusually loud or up to mischief unattended. Let's absorb them in our shenanigans and get them dancing! Consider ear defenders if under 12yrs to protect the little one! Cost £ free if 12yrs or under. No cacao included as it is often too strong.

Tara has been facilitating dance, movement and meditation groups under Tribalheart since 2007. She is a lover of all types of dance, meditation, massage, breathwork and many other nourishing things. Tara qualified in Mental health nursing in 1998 and worked as a specialist addictions nurse for over 17 years. She trained and developed in various methods over the years from bodywork, tantra, shamanism, hypnotherapy, psychosexual somatics and breathwork which she blends into her various groups and 1:1 practise. An evening of nourishment for the heart and soul in a sacred haven where we can enjoy, express and feast our senses together.
We will do practices from a medley of modalities that will include Tantra, Meditation, Breathwork, and Bioenergetics. Occasionally we will spice things up and safely explore more shadow themes of conscious kink
Connecting with a range of feelings present in the body and heart, we will release and move energy where needed so we can access the medicine of pleasure in the body, love in the heart and the boundlessness and interconnectedness of our Spirit.
We will always start by tuning in to ourselves and the unique energy of the group on the night. We will learn how to acknowledge and set boundaries for ourselves authentic for each group. From here we can explore connections with others using a variety of guided meditations that invite us on a sensory journey to experience touch, sound, smell, sight and taste. You can participate as much or as little as you feel in each exercise and are always encouraged to honour yourself and your boundaries in the moment.
As with all Tribalheart events we will make space to stretch, move and dance.
The event is open to all levels of experience in Tantra or other conscious connection groups.
We wish to create a space where we can deep dive playfully together, moving through any fears around connection and being seen. This is a clothed event unless otherwise specified but we encourage you to bare your heart and let it shine with an intention and generosity to share your unique self at a level you are comfortable with.
Ceremonial grade Cacao will be served, with gentle aphrodisiacs such like Maca, Ashwagandha, and Damiana. Any foods or beverages served for the main rituals will be organic and high quality.
It is a guided group meditation, so no chit-chatting after the event starts.
Doors open 7:20pm, event starts 7:45pm sharp. No entry after 7:45pm.
Wear loose comfortable clothes.
Sober only, no alcohol or any intoxicants allowed during the event
Bring a bottle of water.Cost is on a sliding scale. Please note we have had to increase our prices from May 2024 as we search for another new beautiful venue.

Tara is the founder of Tribalheart and Divine Body Bliss. She is a qualified hypnotherapist, breath coach, (Tantric )body/massage therapist and mental health nurse. She is passionate about connecting with what brings us pleasure and moving beyond mind, using embodiment tools and breath to enter the sacred realms.
