We will have regular, eclectic and exciting events in London and the south east. We are passionate about getting out of the head in a natural way using the body and breath. We are interested in meditation, sacred sexuality, tantra, bodywork, psychology, ecstatic dance and movement. The objective is to have an event page with classes and workshops that are varied, fun, life enhancing, playful, heart opening and sometimes sexy too!

We aim to recreate the feeling of trust, sharing and connection of in-person events, as well as evoke expansive sensations similar to physical connection and touch. Prepare a cosy space in your home, where you can sit up or lie down, and expect self touch, or tune into the very tangible effects of imagined consensual mutual touch. Any mutual touch will be receiver directed - the receiver asks for what they want, and the givers check in. You may want to communicate about area, direction, pace, pressure. The givers remain in charge for what they are willing to give, and their own personal boundaries. We will start with a heart sharing, particularly with regard to self care, and touch needs, a guided touch journey to familiarise yourself with different touch tools, safety rules and consent, ice breakers, optional breakout rooms depending on the size of the group, which also allow for chatting only, if you prefer. We will close with a sharing/feedback circle. This event is fully clothed (wear something cosy and comfortable), and has platonic touch only. What’s required: * We need everybody to be on camera please when we are sharing, so a camera, mic, and good Wifi connection is essential. * No late-comers please, make sure you are on time. OSHO Mandala meditation in Lauderdale House

Dear Friends, OSHO lovers and active meditators. I am happy to announce the return of morning active meditations in Lauderdale house!! For now, due to the COVID-19 restrictions we are temporarily unable to host the dynamic meditation as some of the stages are considered high risk due to the possibility of spreading through aerosol particles/droplets. For now we will host other active mediations that serve to support peoples physical fitness, emotional well being and mental health whilst remaining and considered 100% COVID secure. We are delighted to commence with the OSHO Mandala meditation. It has elements that regular lovers of the dynamic will appreciate being a high energy release at the start. Read on to find out more..... ''The mind is a mandala, a circle. If you watch, you become aware of the vicious circle of the mind. Again and again it brings the same emotions – the same anger, the same hatred, the same greed, the same ego. And you are just a victim. Becoming aware of the mind, you break the circle, you are no more identified with the mind.” ~Osho Every circle contains a center. In the first three stages of this energetic and powerful technique, centering is the aim, through the creation of a circle of energy. Then, in the fourth stage, the relaxation. Instructions: The meditation lasts one hour and has four stages. The meditation is over when you hear three gong beats. First Stage: 15 minutes With your eyes open, start running on the spot, bringing your knees up as high as possible. Let your breathing be deep and even. Keep going. This will get the energy moving inside. (There is an alternative for those who find excessive difficulty in “jogging.” That alternative is “cycling.” Lie on your back, with hips on the floor, and rotate your legs as if you are cycling. This can serve as a substitute for jogging.) Second Stage: 15 minutes Sit down with eyes closed, mouth open and loose. Let your body sway from the waist, like a reed blowing in the wind – from side to side, back and forth, around and around, just as it happens. This will gather your awakened energies at the navel center. Third Stage: 15 minutes Lie on your back, keeping your head still. Open your eyes and rotate them in a clockwise direction. Sweep them fully around in the sockets, as if you are following the second hand of a vast clock. Start slowly, then gradually turn your eyes faster and faster. Let your mouth remain open and the jaw relaxed, with soft and even breathing. This will bring your centered energies to the third-eye center. Fourth Stage: 15 minutes Close your eyes and be still. Please come and join us!!! -Bring a blanket or wear warm clothes for the lying stages -Bring a bottle of water -Bring a mask if you wish to wear it -Hand Gel will be provide -There is plenty of room for for attendees to safely social distance from people not in the same bubble -Numbers will be limited to 20 to ensure there is enough space for everyone -Please prebook to get a discounted price.
