The Data 2.0 team is hosting the first Data 2.0 Silicon Valley DrinkUp on Monday June 18th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Amber Dhara (http://www.amber-india.com/Indian-Restaurant-Palo-Alto/) in downtown Palo Alto.

We'll provide the drinks- so come to network and meet up with the entrepreneurs, developers, professionals, and executives from the Big Data, Social Data, and Open Data industries!

I (Geoff) will be around to answer any questions about the DataWeek 2012 Conference & Festival (http://dataweek.co)- we've got some exciting announcements such as adding Amazon Web Services as a partner for DataWeek as well as a data-focused SFBeta (http://www.SFBeta.com) event on September 25th
