Facebook Flux - Tackling complexity in web with CQRS and event-driven design

Abstract:

We'll talk about architecture of web applications recently introduced by Facebook - Flux. It is a creative way to apply well-known principles from CQRS, DDD and event-driven design. We'll cover some of the main challenges of building rich web applications and discuss solutions offered by the stack of Facebook Flux, React.js and Yahoo Fluxible.

Rinat Abdullin is a software engineer who spent 10 years in .NET before deflecting to Linux. Along the way he learned from awesome people, contributed to the IDDD book, designed architecture of a social website and helped to deliver big data analytics for retail in the cloud.Rinat helps teams to scale applications and deal with complex legacy software.
