Giving Back to Open Source

Open source makes software infinitely easier to build. If you're a developer, you've probably experienced this magic firsthand. Where do these projects come from? Who's behind them, and how can we show them our appreciation? In this talk, we'll do a quick rundown of the open source ecosystem and learn best practices for giving back, whether you're a maintainer, contributor, or just a very appreciative user.

Nadia is a former founder and VC based in San Francisco. In a previous life, she worked in nonprofits and impact investing.
