The Secret Sauce to Making a Viral iOS Game - Ken Woo
Going viral, the dream of developers everywhere. In this talk, we'll be exploring the idea of hitting it big with a game in the iOS App Store. We'll take a look through history to see how games have evolved in their attempts to make money and where the situation stands now in 2016. We'll also be looking at what we can do as indie developers to jump in on this ship and whether or not there is a secret recipe for success. Hint: I'm not making millions in the App Store.

Josh Michaels (http://www.joshjet.net/) is an artist and app developer who has been building apps independently on Apple platforms since the App Store opened. Josh has built and contributed to a wide range of apps across many categories including Magic Window (http://magicwindow.tv), Earthlapse, Map My Fitness, and many more. Josh is currently focused on building apps on Apple TV where his Magic Window line of products has been one of the first success stories on the new platform. Josh is based in Portland, Oregon but spends most of his time traveling.

Currently, he's discovering his passion for teaching as an instructor at Lighthouse Labs while exploring the idea of teaching coding through games.
