Thank you for registering for the Democracy for America Training Academy in San Diego, CA on April 5th & 6th.
We're almost one week away from the training so I wanted to let you in on some details about the weekend. I am emailing you because I see that you?ve registered for the training. If you are unable to attend this event please edit your RSVP online (www.dfalink.com/sandiego_training) or email me to let us know.
Otherwise, here?s some info about next weekend.

Training Location Confirmed
We have secured the training venue for the weekend. The training will take place at Miramar College just north of San Diego.

Registration and payment
You have successfully registered for the training. As of this morning we have not received your online tuition payment. If you believe that you have already paid, please reply to this email or give us a call and let us know asap.
Click here to pay: https://contribute.democracyforamerica.com/trainings/casd. The normal tuition is $60 for attendees who pay online in advance. We also have a reduced tuition rate of $30 for students or anyone with financial difficulties. The tuition payments help DFA cover the cost of food, materials and trainers for the weekend.
We strongly encourage you to pay in advance online as it helps us estimate the number of materials and lunches to order. You can still pay at the door the day of the event, but the tuition increases to $70 the day of the training. We can accept credit cards, checks or cash at the door, but we will be unable to make change if you pay in cash.

Hotel Info
Our local organizers have researched options near to the training venue. Because the training begins promptly at 9 am on Saturday morning we recommend that anyone driving from out of town come Friday night, explore the area for a bit, and start fresh for the training the next morning. Our trainers and many of our attendees will be staying together at:
