Drupal Show & Tell Time

Hi Everyone,

Come and join us for our next Drupal Show and Tell! It's a great opportunity to learn and listen to the interesting talks we have lined up for you as well as a chance to mingle and meet new people within the Drupal World.

For people who don't know the format, at 6.30pm we meet the Clarence Centre in a room generously lent to us by South Bank University. Tea, coffee and sandwiches will be provided and then we'll head over to the Duke of York on Borough Road (http://www.shepherdneame.co.uk/pubs/southwark/duke-york) for a few beers and more Drupal chat.

Talk: How to deploy and manage multiple drupal sites effectively using open source tool called “Devshop” further

Speaker: Mohammed Imran

"DevShop is a "cloud hosting" system for Drupal. DevShop makes it easy to host, develop, test and update drupal sites. It provides a front-end built in Drupal (Devmaster) and a back-end built with drush (DevShop Provision). DevShop deploys the sites using git and allows us to create unlimited environments for each site so elaborate this functionality."

Talk: Five Cardinal Sins of Drupal SEO

Speaker: Krystian Szastok

In his talk Krystian will present the most common SEO issues in how Drupal sites are set up and how to identify if your site suffers from them. You'll have the opportunity to learn to find aspects of websites that may limit their online viability, this knowledge can be put to use either on your own websites you build, or when pitching for a new build, to find holes in the potential clients' current websites.

Talk: Drupal in the 5th dimension - International commerce with Drupal

Speaker: Michael Kent

"We'll be walking through a recent project we've just completed with B2B Marketing (https://www.b2bmarketing.net/). Taking a business international with targeted content and offering multi-location and multi-currency sales. We'll cover bespoke commerce, content workflows and extend into international SEO and analytics"
