Yoga for Runners - 90 minutes of joyous misery

At the suggestion of Rebecca and Katie, I've been roped into teaching a yoga class out on the lawn at Memorial Park. For those of you who don't know, I'm a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor; my website is at www.adamhunteryoga.com. This class will be 90 minutes of transcendental suffering, designed to improve flexibility in the hips, knees, ankles and feet while building strength for stability. Followed by beer. You don't need a mat, although you can bring one if you like. It's OK to run before the class, although I'd recommend no more than 3 or 4 miles, and I would not plan on running after. Namaste!
