This meetup is an English speaking event.

Our first speaker is Nick Tune (@ntcoding (https://twitter.com/ntcoding)) and the abstract of his talk titled "Delivering Valuable Software By Developing Shared Understanding" is : "Creating amazing digital products and services is a complex, novel adventure in psychology. Teams composed of a diverse range of skills, backgrounds and personalities are thrown together and weighted with the expectations of delivering something that changes the lives of users. A small percentage of developers stand out for the exceptional ability to not just write good code, but immerse themselves in these challenging environments. They meaningfully engage with a variety of stakeholders to identify where substantial value can be created - they are actively involved in determining what code should be written. It’s their ability to collaboratively create shared understanding that empowers them with this amplifying effect and potentiates their craftsmanship endeavours. In this talk we will explore some of the many ways to improve shared understanding on software projects. We will look at techniques like the Business Model Canvas, Domain-Driven Design and Impact Mapping. But importantly, we’ll start to develop a mindset of continuously looking to improve shared understanding so that we can continuously improve as developers, leaders and problem solvers."

The next speaker is Andrey Adamovich (@codingandrey (https://twitter.com/codingandrey)) and his presentation is titled "Visualizing codebases". If you are looking for answers for the following questions you will be at the right place in this event: "Code lines are added at high speed? Too many developers? How do you see the big picture? What processes are going on with your large code base? This presentation will show how to leverage existing code analysis tools (Gource, D3, Git and others) to make at least some sense out of millions of code lines and their history. During his consulting work, author often meets unfamiliar and at the same time large code bases that need quick analysis and input for decision making. That’s where visualizations come to into play by helping mining important knowledge directly from the code statistics."

And finally we can celebrate Craft-Conf all together at Grund (1082 Budapest, Nagytemplom street 30 (https://www.google.hu/maps/dir/H13+Di%C3%A1k-+%C3%A9s+V%C3%A1llalkoz%C3%A1sfejleszt%C3%A9si+K%C3%B6zpont,+Budapest,+Hor%C3%A1nszky+Street/A+Grund+Nagytemplom+utca+30/@47.4883573,19.0677564,16z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m14!4m13!1m5!1m1!1s0x4741dc5c059c1085:0x6bb2e9315df27e58!2m2!1d19.06763!2d47.4916825!1m5!1m1!1s0x4741e847590ea941:0x744a602fcf4f2479!2m2!1d19.0766376!2d47.4850296!3e2))
