Lil' Rev 12 Essential `Ukulele Strums Workshop and Concert

Wisconsin's Ukulele Master Lil Rev is coming to Funky Frets! No better way to launch our own Funky Frets meetup group than a Lil' Rev workshop and concert.

Lil' Rev will present a 75 minute workshop titled: 12 Essential Strums: Learn how to create distinctive strums
for the songs you love featuring: Reggae, Calypso, Punk, Country, Waltz, Blues Comp, Rock, Do-Wop and much more. You'll study the strums and apply them to a select grab bag of cool tunes. Open to all levels of players. Don't have a ukulele Funky Frets (http://www.funkyfrets.com) has close 100 on hand at all times and you can borrow any one of them for the workshop.

• $25 for workshop and concert

• $20 for workshop only 7pm-8:15

• $10 for concert only. 8:30pm.

• 8:30pm concert featuring Lil Rev on Ukulele, Mandolin, Harmonica, Old Time Banjo & Flat-Pick Guitar.
