The Android Wear Hackathon is Friday January 9th@Leaf and Saturday January 10th@Google.

Each winning team will receive new smartwatches and smartphones from our sponsors.
Team Formation
Teams aren't required - you can compete solo. Though the best teams are formed during the event by engaging with others to pick a theme and build an app. Friday Pitch Night at Leaf is an excellent starting point to begin pitching your idea and get the engagement-juices flowing! Although there is no limit to the number of team members, we recommend having not more than 3 per team.
Judging
Developers rule and they will judge - the winners will be chosen by the hackathon participants according to criteria that measures creativity, imagination and implementation. While we do advise good preparation, all winning submissions should be created at the hackathon rather than done in advance.
