I'm happy to announce this Golang meetup in Amsterdam on the 26th of April with Andrew Gerrand from Google! The agenda of this meetup will be in short:

Presentation from Andrew Gerrand 15 min presentation by Wercker 15 min presentation by Ernest Micklei Attendees are welcome from 17:00h to have a drink and a chat. At 17:30h Andrew will start with his presentation. After his presentation and after short break, there will be two other 15 min. presentations.

Presentation Andrew Gerrand:
What's new in Go 1.1 - a tour of new features and improvements in the latest version of Go, which should be released in the next couple of weeks.

Presentation Wercker:
How and why we're using Go at Wercker - We'll present our motivations for using Go; what we like and don't like about it, and how we are leveraging Go at Wercker.

Presentation Ernest Micklei:
Hopwatch - a simple tool in HTML5 that can help debug Go programs. See: https://github.com/emicklei/hopwatch
