Electronics Night: Basic AC Analysis and Filters

Details
Electronics Night is an irregularly scheduled study group on an intermediate or advanced topic in electronics.
This session will be on the AC analysis of basic passive components: resistors, inductors and capacitors.
Topics we could cover:
• Basic model of capacitors and inductors
• RC circuits and time constant
• RLC circuits, especially as found the amateur radio exams
• Filters and resonance
• Power transfer and characteristic impedance
