HERE & NOW Group

This group provides a space for people to come together and relate authentically with each other in the Here and Now. It's a space where all feelings are welcome.

It's NOT a discussion space for ideas, it's about "What Is".

It's NOT about being "interested" in something, it's about "Being".

Lets drop the "What do we do?", "Where do we live?" for the authentic "What's really going on for us?"

Group meetings will provide time out from our often busy stressful lives. Time out to just "Be". At times there may be silence in the group broken only when someone feels moved to speak.

This group is for those wishing to be part of a supportive environment whilst making authentic connections with others.

Once a large enough pool of committed individuals join the group and are attending regularly the group may be closed to new members in order to build confidence and trust amongst the existing members.

*The group will be held in a private secure location.

*Participants will be required to accept confidentiality rules.

*This is an exploratory group with no fixed agenda, allow space for the unexpected.

*It is recommended that participants have some prior experience of group work and/or personal growth work, e.g. therapy or counselling.

*This group is not suitable for people with mental health difficulties.

*Each participant is responsible for their own well being.

*The group will be peer lead and the organiser an equal participant.
