Wear hiking shoes or trail runners ...
The Group will meet at the Stairs in Parking Lot #2.
Group leaves at 5:30 PM.
Hiking/Incline Conditioning. There will be one or two major Inclines. the goal is to condition your body to inclines. This is a timed event.
Ladies Bring your Ideas and thoughts, this is your group, You're the Boss, I'm the Guide.
THIS IS NOT A PICK-UP HIKE ! Guys are welcome too ... but if you get weird or creepy, Zero Tolerance, TRUST !
