Fun 5K Hike (2/3)

The Sister's of Gals On the Go and the Lovable Deeds will be hosting a Learning to Hike and learning to Walk Event, with KINDNESS!, that will be around 3 miles round trip and maybe 75 minutes or more, The Focus is to Condition for Cancer Walks coming in the month of Sept.

Mr. Deed's Is a strong supporter of all who fight the fight against Cancer and he has been networking for over 20 years in the battle against Breast Cancer. So if you're a survivor PLEASE come out and meet him cause you're his Hero ! If I can do it, You can Do a 5K too ........ " In Deeds we trust ! "

Attention: This is Not Training, NO DEATH MARCHES or Running to destinations, No Chocolate either ! BUT ... there will be Relationship building, socializing and learning to hike or Incline Walking and preparing for a Cancer Walks. All folks in need of rehab or strengthening please come out. All are welcome to this family/friendly environment. Gentlemen, Dogs, Teens and those who want Kindness and or Support are welcome.
