Tuesday Night Training

Gals On the Go, The LA Hiking Group's Ladies Hiking Unit, will be hosting a Beginner to Advanced Beginner level, level 4/5. Social Hike; under 5 miles round trip and maybe 3 hours, but closer to two point five hours. Meet in Parking Lot 2, which is above Shane's Inspiration and Above the Merry-Go-Round. theStairs Be Advised: if you miss us, please join Craig's hike at 6:30 PM level 4/5.

All are welcome to this family/friendly environment. Dogs, Teens, Gentlemen and those motivated are welcome. Wear hiking shoes or trail runners, 2 pairs of socks, bring a good attitude, water, sunscreen, camera, and some snacks.

Attention: There ..."MIGHT" be trails, excessive Inclines, excessive Declines, some climbing, some scaling, some jumping, some light jogging, a little bit of trotting, fast and slow walking. This is a Beginner's Training event. The Physical goal of this group is to achieve 1/4 Marathon Distance or a little more on an average.
