Haunted Hayride at Griffith Park

The annual invasion of the ghouls, witches, lycans, and the undead has taken over our favorite section of the park.

Distance: 4 mile round trip

Elevation Gain: 600 feet

Level of Hike: Scary 10/10

Duration: 4 hours

Hiking Route: From the depths of darkness to the garden of delights. From the Haunted Hayride to Amir's Garden for a late night snack.

Haunted Hayride hours are 7pm to 1am.

General Admission is $30.00 Discount ticket for $5 off is at Ralph's Market with the purchase of Sunkist/Squirt packages.

We will start at the Haunted Hayride entrance gate. Purchase tickets (get your discount ticket at Ralph's) The line was huge last Friday so we are starting early. The Hayride starts at dark, around 7:30pm.

Those that survive the the hayride will pick up their backpacks and ascend the stairs to a sumptuous feast of savory culinary pleasures at Amir's Garden.

Good things to bring on this hike: Good hiking shoes, hiking socks, potluck food to share, moon screen, appropriate hiking clothing, light jacket, water, camera, positive attitude, big smile.
