Distance: 7 miles approximately
Departure: 8:30 AM
Return: 12:30 pm
Bring water, aspirin, band aids, camera MUST wear Hiking shoes or Trail Runners.
Rules of Conduct:
(1.) Absolutely ... " no one left Behind." (2.) DON'T EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU A MAP OF THE ROUTE (3) The pace and amount of stops are at the discretion of the Hike Leaders.(4) If someone is faster behind you, you must offer to yield. (5) Downhill hikers must yield to uphill hikers in a single file line on the trail. (6) Do not knock down older hikers. (7) When the organizer ask you to turn around, you must turn around. (8) Always follow your leader.
