This is an early preparatory hike for our famed July 4th hike. The picture is of me on one of our July 4th night hikes up there.
For those who have never hiked to Echo Mtn. this trail is almost constantly uphill with little respite. You cannot get lost, so if anyone has trouble going up, you can always turn back.
It is a medium level hike, not a beginner hike. You may bring flashlights for the trip back down.
After the hike we will trip down 1/2 mile to The Rancho for the Best Bloody Marys in Southern California. (Optional)
2485 N Lake Ave, Altadena, CA 91001
Famous Bloody Mary ready to be slurped
