Grasslands trail to MASH site to Paramount Ranch and back

Join for an approximately 9 mile hike starting from the Grasslands trail along the classic trail to the MASH filming site. From there we will continue on the trail until it turns into Crags road. From there we will walk through the Malbu Lake community along Crags, turn on Lake Vista, and then onto Cornell to the Paramount Ranch to pose as cowboys or whatever your favorite archetype of Western Americana.

Altogether we will be looking at approximately 9 miles with little elevation gain (about 2-300 feet), that will take about 3-4 hours. This is a good hike for those who want to cover distance but with not too much elevation gain.

We will come back by way of the Reagan Ranch property.

Make sure you bring your basic outdoor essentials:

2 liters of water, snacks, good hiking shoes, sunscreen (even if its cloudy) bug repellent maybe, basic first aid, dress for the weather . . . you know the drill.

Afterwards we will check out the Old Place restaurant with the Cornell tasting room for those who want to do tastings around 3:00, which at that time will still be the lunch menu. I don't think we need reservations, but as we get closer, I might ask for those who want to go, just in case.
