http://photos4.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/8/f/a/e/event_90396782.jpegWe will meet at the Parking lot at the intersection of Academy Rd, and Stadium Way. See map at top of description.
The pace will be comfortable, and we will see sights of Dodger Stadium and the Police Academy from the birds point of view. We will pass over the Pasadena Freeway and have a great view of downtown L.A. at the point.
Bring snacks, water, and hiking boots are not necessary but some form of hiking shoe is necessary...something with a good grip in the sole.... dress for a hike.
There are several routes I could take, but I will pick an moderate one for the newbies but you should have some hiking skills to go....We will be going on a trail that some might consider dangerous because it is narrow and goes along the side of the mountain. To me it is no big deal, and easy to do. http://img2.meetupstatic.com/981263258369601089/img/smileys/smile.gif
For anyone interested, we will go for lunch in Chinatown
