Hiking Warm-ups

This is a meet-up group for everyone to gather early after work and before all the hikes begin at Griffith Park around the Merry Go Round area during the week. Most group hikes start around 6 pm.

In this meet up Hiking session there will be the meeting of other hikers, learning the level of hikes, equipment needed, warm-ups and of course learning that LA hiking Group is the elite group at Griffith Park. the warm-ups will consist of stretching and light hiking or some power walking. this is mostly a social pre-hiking meet-up.
