10 am--WATERFALLS AT COOPER CANYON IN THE PINES IN ANGELES NATIONAL FOREST, about a 6 mile loop

Meet at the Buckhorn day use area parking area on the roadside.

ALL CARS NEED A NATIONAL FOREST ADVENTURE PASS, WHICH CAN BE HAD FOR $5 AT RANGER STATIONS AND NEWCOMB'S RANCH

From here, we will walk down the Buckhorn campground entry road and explore three areas of waterfalls, and hopefully there will be some water

We will return to our cars via the Pacific Crest trail which meets Highway 2 at Cloudburst Summit and follow the road for a mile to the parking lot.

2:00 OR SO--FOLLOWED BY LUNCH AT THE NEWCOMB'S RANCH BIKER BAR,

3:30-ISH-FOLLOWED BY A COUPLE OF HOURS OF BOULDER CLIMBING AT JOHNHENGE about 2 miles

(either named after the national forest restroom you park next to, or that John guy, who discovered them)
