Temescal Canyon Hike

Sorry about the past weekend everyone! We all get a little bug every now and then, but all better now. Hopefully we can get the 100+ RSVP as this past weekend. Thanks to Fern(?) who took up the duties of surrogate leader for those who still went!

Park on Sunset, Temescal Canyon, or some residential sidestreets. Just watch out for signage.

This will be approximately a 4 mile hike (from Sunset Blvd to Sunset Blvd). over 850 feet or considered maybe a level 3-4 (?) hike.

This is a moderately difficult hike. Although I will say that even though challenging, people who are complete beginners still found it very enjoyable, yet challenging.

This will be the main Temescal Ridge and canyon loop starting from the canyon side and then going down the ridge side.

Keep in mind, that we are beginning at 2:30, NOT 3:30!

Bring water, snacks, good shoes, and just in case . . . . a headlamp if you have one, although you most likely will not need it.
