I did this for a summer a couple years back. My wife and I were subletting an apartment in SF without Internet access, so I was working mostly from coffee shops.
The hardest part was participating in conference calls - I never really found a good solution.

This is an experiment.
It's something I've wanted to do for awhile.
I've always wanted to to work on the road and adjust to any conditions while creating 'quality' work?
Mainly I'll be working from wi-fi cafes (recommended from yelp) and will be staying at various places (hotels from yelp,
couchsurfing.com,
airbnb.com)
I'll be putting in the usual 8 hours, attending the scrum calls, and managing my teams(various locations).
Let's see how good or bad this goes.
Here is the visual itinerary using google maps of my route and schedule:
I wish I could say there was an app for this, but there isn't.
