Entrepreneur, investor & venture capitalist at Future Venture Capital & SunBridge Global Ventures, operating incubators and co-working spaces, he’s been able to experience a diverse startup ecosystem, offering many practical solutions in order to support it. Together with Kenshin Fujiwara, CTO & CIO for high-tech startups, technical architect for hardware & software products, and Masatoshi Takeda (crossEffect), a very well succeed business focused on prototype solutions, and also the main representative of Kyoto Shisaku Net (a group of 100 small & medium hardware companies), he co-founded Makers Boot Camp, the leading hardware startup in Japan, in order to complement each other's expertise and face industrial challenges with makers.

Lucas Wang, HWTREK CEO

Lucas Wang is the CEO of HWTrek, the largest global platform for hardware innovators and industry. HWTrek provides online planning and team collaboration tools, supply chain management services, and channels for global market expansion. Before HWTrek, Lucas founded TMI (Taiwan Mobile Innovation), which makes early stage investments and incubates promising entrepreneurs. More than 16 startups have been incubated through the support of TMI, ITRI, and WI Harper. Previously a partner in WI Harper, Lucas led the TMT team in Beijing and Taiwan, and co-invested in Kai-Fu Lee's new venture, Innovation Works. In addition, Lucas directed the project and market development of RFID products at MTI Technology, a well-recognized wireless communications manufacturer.

Hikari Takahashi, BRAIN PORTAL/Recruit Holdings, Co-founder

Hikari Takahashi, is the Co-founder and Customer Success Lead of BRAIN PORTAL inside the Recruit Holdings Group, a full service manufacturer of custom-designed products for all variety of hardware startups. By assigning the best partners from its massive network of 500, 000+ EMS firms, design/prototyping houses and factories in Japan, and organizing those partners, BRAIN PORTAL provides support to the overall supply chain for startups. Previously Hikari had worked as a HR consultant for EMS industry and led more than 100 companies to succeed in annual recruitment plan. Also, she was engaged in R&D project of optimization of personnel assignment by using a wearable device.

Tomoki Matsuda/Quadcept COO Marketing Director

Yasuyuki Hirayama is known throughout the testing industry as a sales and business development leader and pioneer, and first gained the recognition for successful selling and sales effectiveness in Open-Silicon. He joined LitePoint in 2013, and has been supporting the massive projects and major multinational brands. Yasuyuki is also actively supporting internal team coordination and communication, strategic planning and business development with external different associations and organisations.
